Wyatt Metal & Boiler Works was a consolidation of Wyatt Metal and Dallas Boiler Works. Its plant was located at 1901-21 Commerce St. by 1920. A decade later, Atlas had built its plant at 1201-05 Eagle Ford Rd. Both companies were supported by a number of small foundries and machine shops.
Like the chemical companies, the aggregated by-products from these businesses are unknown, however, it can be assumed that their opera- tions were also point sources for local contamination.
